Developmental Coordination Disorder

Developmental Coordination Disorder site
Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD) is an under-diagnosed condition affecting children and adults. The Canchild Centre for Childhood Disability Research at McMaster University had a number of comprehensive materials to promote awareness of this disorder.

This site simplifies and consolidates the information and creatively presents DCD by describing a fictitious boy affected by the disorder. This approach communicates the condition in a friendly and accessible way and empowers parents, teachers and health professionals to identify and empathize with children affected by DCD.
